MODEL PAINTING

For a number of years I've had an interest in table-top model games, and take great joy in various aspects of the hobby - everything from the miniature painting, to the social aspect of building up a community other players.

In addition to this, the hobby has had a number of unusual benefits. Experience building model scenery has given me handyman skills both for home maintenance, and at various occasions for constructing play and movie props. My confidence with a paintbrush started with tiny models, but eventually helped paint a 3 metre high mural on Sir Donald Bradman Drive. Transferable skills are a wonderful thing!
